For beachcombers, our Seaside Retreat (plan number 1569) displays the playful charm of a coastal cottage. Features like brackets, latticework along the porch, and Chippendale-style railings combine for a breezy, casual feel. Designed by Caldwell Cline Architects and Designers of Marietta, Georgia, this house offers open spaces and 10-foot-high ceilings on the main level for comfortable, family living. Upstairs, bedrooms feature 9-foot-high ceilings and easy access to an outdoor sitting porch (located just above the carport).

Also available is an alternate exterior design called Mountain Hideaway (see plan number 1570) offering another face for the same floor plan…This one may easily adapt to a variety of settings, including the lake or mountains!
