DESCRIPTION
Some plans exhibit their worth in just one glance. Bluff Haven is that type of house-inherently Southern with wide double porches, clapboard siding, and a basic, no-nonsense floor plan that flows with the natural activity of a family. Residential designer Timothy Bryan of Atlanta created Bluff Haven with a focus on relaxed living and spacious rooms.
The first floor's central foyer and staircase grant a traditional first impression. To the right, guests are drawn into the comfort of a cozy living room/library. On the opposite side is a kitchen and keeping room. Fireplaces add inviting warmth to the front rooms, and a third double-sided fireplace provides separation for the dining and family rooms.
